i love this book. every time i read it i wonder why i don't hear more about it from others.

it has helped me in my journey and helped me help others.

This book shows how to use imagery as a way to build a companionship with God. I found it an extremely helpful and wonderful tool.

I am not completely comfortable with the language of "healing the inner child", but I found this a very gratuitous book that has a number of prayer exercises that I found challenging.
