Wow! What a revelation as to exactly Who the Holy Spirit is, where He is, and what He does! And Dr. Ayars uses the Bible to do it! This book is educational, but most importantly, it is a call to look, see, and witness the life-altering that must occur when the Holy Spirit is recognized by believers as truly an equal Member of the Trinity, rather than simply “a helper” who plays the role of my “conscience” or my “wingman”. Rather, the Holy Spirit is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit all together in perfect unison!

Matt Ayars explains how the doctrine of the Holy Spirit has been understood and taught by the church through the centuries. Where this book especially shines and what I found to be most helpful is the sections dealing with the Holy Spirit and sanctification. In this regard, it is about the clearest teaching I’ve ever heard on the subject.
