Good but in the last section the author grossly under-appreciates the Middle Ages (not the subject of the book anyway).

This was a fine look at how the ancient Romans thought about science and medicine. I'm starting to find the books of this series repetitive after spending an entire school year reading them aloud, but my 6 year old daughter absolutely loves them and enjoyed this one as well as any other.
