This might be my favorite out of the whole entire series!

Paige is moving back Freedom Valley to open a book store but there is one problem. The leased she signed for her building wasn’t real and the guy she signed it with ran off with her money. Preston doesn’t understand why this woman is getting mad at him for being in a building that he bought.

This book is so much fun! Preston and Paige’s relationship is great. Preston is a suited up lawyer and Paige is the sunshine that he needs. Their pranks they do on each other make the book!

I do wish there was more tension with Preston’s family since they makes up the whole reason he moved and opened a law practice in Freedom Valley.

This book towards the end is a tear jerker. Make sure you grab your tissues.

This series is just so full of life and love. The characters were so enjoyable and I loved watching their personalities really shine.
I never expected Paige to be a prankster but it was absolutely hilarious how she handled Preston. I loved her pet raccoon and how she pretty much adopted Theo (the dog) from the beginning!

Preston fell HARD for Paige and I couldn’t get enough!

This series while it has its drama and issues for the couple, it’s never too much! It’s minimal and never hurts my feelings.

I don’t know how many times I can say it but, I absolutely love this small town series!

Love Inn Books is the 4th book in the Freedom Valley series and follows Preston and Paige.

When Paige moves back to Freedom Valley to open her dream bookstore she is shocked (and furious) to find out that she has been scammed out of a lot of money. The building she rented turns out to be the place Preston had just bought to open up his law firm. Paige is in desperate need of money so she can continue to pay for her Grandpas assisted living care so she reluctantly agrees to work as Preston’s assistant.

With hilarious office pranks, a pet raccoon, banter and so much tension, Love Inn Books was such a fun and entertaining read!

While this one may have been the most lighthearted out of the series, it still had some sad undertones near the end. Expect to feel all the feels!

Overall Love Inn Books was such a wholesome and fun read that I couldn’t put down! I absolutely loved that the essence of the found family trope was still there. The past characters were such a big part of this book and I really loved that!

I loved Paige and Preston so much! Paige is definitely my favourite FMC in the Freedom Valley series.

If you are looking for a comforting small town series, I highly recommend you give the Freedom Valley series a try!

All Paige wants to do when she returns to Freedom Valley is open her book store and pay for her grandfather’s care at the assisted living facility. Instead, a scammer takes off with her money and leaves her with a phony lease and someone else in her building. Preston left his family’s law firm and is setting up his own practice in his adopted hometown. That is, if he could just get organized. Despite the fact that they butted heads the moment they meet, Paige takes the job of office manager. If they survive the prank war that ensues, they may find out that they have more in common than they thought.
I enjoyed this book and I would recommend it to everyone.

I can’t get enough of the Freedom Valley series and this one did not disappoint. This book follows Paige and Preston along with his dog Theo and her pet raccoon Pancake. This book is the perfect enemies to lovers with lots of witty banter.

Paige returns to Freedom Valley to open a bookstore but she runs into a problem. The building she leased is currently occupied and bought by Preston who owns a law firm.

I enjoyed reading this book and Paige and Preston’s relationship and office pranks!

4.25⭐️ Paige is pure sunshine, plus size, gorgeous red hair, bubbly and she comes to Freedom Valley to open a bookshop she's paid 1st and last months rent up front, however the building is now owned by Preston who is a no nonsense lawyer and they get off on the wrong foot.

We met Preston previously in the series and he's a genuine good guy who has helped out on legal cases for the other couples in previous books and left the big city to live and work in Freedom Valley.

Paige moves into the local Inn which is run by an old school friend (Evan), and she instantly becomes friends with the other Wives, much to Preston annoyance as they are also his friends. Seeing as Paige needs a job since she's been swindled and Preston needs an office manager for his new law firm, the others manage to talk Paige and Preston into agreeing that Paige should be his office manager.

During the story, we have work enemies to lovers, insta lust, lots of pranks and banter, and more in common than they realise.

I just love this series so much. It's a real comforting romance read, bring on book 5!

For any Gilmore Girls fans out there, this is a right book for you. I’ve read this in one afternoon, very cute and sweet story. Paige moves in town and meets Preston, they hate/love each other her. Story was intended as grumpy-sunshine and enemies to lovers but it’s more of a instant love. Erin’s books are like a hug for a soul. Sweet, cute and cuddly. I was excited for Preston’s story for a long time since he is appearing in previous books from Freedom Valley books. Overall I enjoyed the book, i just wished there was more tension and and angst in it.
This books discusses topics of parent loss, and for anyone who experienced this these parts might be triggering, but only because is it written with honesty, which left me teary at times.
Preston is a book boyfriend everyone needs. We see a glimpse of his past in this book. Paige on the other hand a hurricane which turns his life upside down. I loved their bickering and pranks, and it made me laugh out loud.
Pet raccoon and Theo were my highlight of this book, and I need fan art of this ASAP!!!
I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest review. Thank you Erin. I can’t wait for the last book in series 🩷

Erin Branscom has done it again! This visit back to Freedom Valley was the best one yet. Book 4 in this rom-com series gives the reader all the feels from the playful pranks and denial of instant attraction, to the flirty banter between Preston Steele, Ivy League lawyer estranged from his affluent lawyer-filled family, and Paige Mills, the fiery redhead who is trying to recover from losing her hard earned money to a dishonest businessman. Her dreams of opening a bookstore and paying for her grandfather’s assisted living expenses are crushed.

Adding to the fun banter and instant chemistry are Paige’s domesticated pet raccoon named Pancake and Preston’s dog Theo. Pancake becomes a support animal to friends at the Inn and for her grandpa and Theo’s best friend.

I loved the running ties to Fleetwood Mac’s songs and that the author includes a link to a playlist in the beginning of the book.

Enemies to lovers, office pranks, and a raccoon. Yep, this book checked all my boxes! I always love getting to know more characters in the Freedom Valley series.

Paige just returned to her hometown to open a bookstore, but it turns out she was scammed as the building is now owned by grumpy lawyer Preston. Their worlds are thrown together when their friends have her move into the Inn and even more so when Paige ends up working for Preston.

The chemistry between the two MC's is off the chart, and I absolutely adored the pranks that they pulled on each other, not to mention their greeting of "hate" to one another (when we all know it was riddled in love).

I like a juicy twist, so I was waiting for a twist to come along in this book just like the others in the series had (possibly involving Nial Poolmoore), but it never came. Regardless, it was still a lovely story, and I can't wait to see whose story we get to hear about next!

This book, this series, this author. Man I never thought I would fall in love with a series so much. I said that Falling Inn Love helped me so much in ways I didn’t know possible with the talk of losing a loved one and Love Inn Books just took that up another notch. The way this series is healing me and helping with my journey.
Every. Single. Book. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried. I’ve felt all of the emotions. I cannot wait for Forever Inn Love to be released.
I’ve had the opportunity to meet Erin twice now and she is such an amazing human. So down to earth and again that goes into why I have so much love for these books. Writing about real, raw, and HARD life events and letting other people know that they aren’t alone is not an easy thing to do but I think this series portrays those things beautifully.
SO MUCH LOVE FOR THIS AUTHOR AND THIS SERIES. 🧡💙💚🩷

This is book 4 in the Freedom Valley Series- all standalone books, but I highly suggest reading them all!

Paige is moving back to town to open her bookstore. But little does she know she was scammed and the building she rented was recently sold to a lawyer.

Preston has recently bought a building to open his own law firm. Needing to get away from the family business.

With all of Paige's money lost to the scam, her friends suggest a job, but can she work for the man that owns the building she thought would be her bookstore?

This found family is my favorite out there! I wish I could live there with them! Every book sucks me more and more in the Freedom Valley!

This book made me feel all the emotions. It is one of the best romances I’ve read in a long time. Here’s why you need to read this-

They meet and there is instant chemistry that flies off the pages. It starts as a misunderstanding that turns into workplace enemies which of course leads to pranks. The pranks are hilarious. I laughed so hard at some of the pranks.

Did I mention a pet raccoon? No? Well there is a pet raccoon that steals the show.

When you strip that all off then you’re left with tenderness and a kindness between the two main characters.

If you want a great romance-this is the book for you! .

Love Inn Books by Erin Branscom
5/5 stars

The newest addition to the Freedom Valley series might be my favorite yet!

Paige and Preston have chemistry right off the bat in the first interaction and each one after that builds up into a relationship that i could not get enough of! I also want a pet racoon and I want one now! I really liked how well both of the main leads balanced one another and how they fell in love.

With old characters and new, this series is not one to miss! Catch this book on Kindle and Kindle Unlimited on July 27th!

This book gives you an enemies to lovers storyline with guy falls first, dog dad and found family.

Paige moves to back Freedom Valley to be close to her grandfather and to open a book store. Upon arrival she finds out she got scammed out of her book store spot by a guy who skipped town.

Preston opened up his law practice and is busier than ever! He needs an office manager to help him like yesterday. Getting a phone call by someone saying his practice is in her spot she rented out. He knows this is wrong because he has all the paperwork and documents showing he owns the spot.
Paige comes into Preston’s life as a tornado but it was a tornado that Preston took willingly.

The banter and pranks between these two was written so well. I loved the found family (the couples from the previous books in this series) and all the support and love they add to this storyline.

Erin Branscom’s LOVE INN BOOKS is like a small town Hallmark romance…and there is even a dog! However this book is so much more…starting with a pet raccoon who quickly becomes the town celebrity! You also have Enemies to lovers with mutual pranking, a buttoned up lawyer with a free spirit book seller, a found family (containing all the previous couples in the series who are meddlers), and sassy seniors in assisted living who are always up for hijinks. What it doesn’t have is a 3rd act breakup! What I loved about the plus size heroine is that she seems a hot mess but proves herself highly capable. I love that the hero starts reading romances! Both characters have been hurt in the past and have to work past that to be together. There is a lot of loss discussed and it had me in happy tears. This is a closed door romance so if you’re hoping for spice, on that you’ll be disappointed.

This book made me laugh, cry, and swoon all in one sitting! I just love the Freedom Valley series and every book is phenomenal! Preston is a former grumpy lawyer from Boston and he moves to Freedom Valley to start his own law firm. Paige is possibly the sweetest, most loving girl who just wants to start her own bookstore in her hometown! They both butt heads instantly because Paige thinks he stole her building to put his law firm in. With no building and in desperate need of money, she decides to take Preston’s offer to help out as an aide until she can find a new building. Then the office pranks begin haha!

I loved this book. Paige and Preston have such banter and chemistry but they want to deny it. The office workplace pranks are incredible. The found family you see through this series really shines in this book as well. And PANCAKE! Who wouldn’t want a cute raccoon as a pet?! Loved coming back to freedom valley. Feels like home after this 4th book in the series!

I knew this book was going to be my favorite in the series, but I wasn't expecting to cry as much as I did. It brought on feelings I wasn't expecting, but it was beautiful all the same.

Preston moved away from Boston to settle in the small-town life and opened up his practice to help people. He didn't want to be a hot shot lawyer like the rest of his family, he just wanted to do good. We met him in the previous books helping out the rest of the Golden Gable Crew and his heart is pure. Preston may be dull and bland, but Paige is the complete opposite. If a rainbow was a person, it be Paige. She's so full of life and colorful and takes care of everyone around her first before she takes care of herself. She was delt a bad hand in life. Her mother passed away when she was young due to cancer and her grandfather currently lives in an assisted living facility with dementia. This is the part that made me cry the more I read. I understand Paige's pain of losing someone to dementia. I'm currently going through it with my grandmother. And the part where he confused Paige for her mother was heartbreaking. You take the good days when you can get them!

Preston & Paige's relationship starts off a little rocky. She accuses him of stealing her store, but in reality, she got scammed. So, she starts working for him to save up to buy a new location for her bookstore since she lost all her money. And the heartwarming part about that is all of Freedom Valley does their part to help make Paige's dreams come true. They start off bickering and arguing, hating each other to slowly developing that sexual tension that we all love and crave in a romance novel. Like Beth said, it's their own enemies to lovers story. Preston definitely is the package you need to open up fully because he's not all he seems out to be. He's definitely that cinnamon roll character.

Thank you, Erin, for this amazing novel again. I've said it before, and I'll say it again I need to find a place like Freedom Valley. You created this hometown life that is just perfect. It's like they are real people living lives and I can see myself there. Anyone know a place like this?? Erin you really know how to woo your readers and I'm falling more and more INN love with this series. Thank You!! P.S. I now need to read Helena's books to see what Preston was talking about :)

“If I’m being honest, I already have big feelings for him. They’re coming at me like a freight train at full speed, and I feel like I can’t stop them.”

Love Inn Books is book 4 in Erin Branscom’s Freedom Valley series. Erin adds new depths of charm to this quaint town in each book and makes me fall in love with it even more. Much like Stars Hollow, if Freedom Valley were a real place, I’d pack my family up and move there tomorrow! This emotional workplace, forced-proximity, found family romance is perfect to add to your summer book stack. Preston Shaw is a successful lawyer who left his big city practice to get away from his vapid, toxic family and make a peaceful, fulfilling life for himself in Freedom Valley. Paige moves back to her hometown of Freedom Valley to open a bookstore and be near her grandfather. After falling prey to a scam artist, she’s forced to put her dreams on hold and find another way to pay bills. What’s the snarky version of a meet-cute? Because that’s absolutely Paige & Preston; the sparks fly through the haze of animosity between these two the moment they meet. Paige’s backstory was heartbreaking and Preston’s was so infuriating, I just wanted to hug these two the whole time. Erin Branscom reminds us that family isn’t only the one you’re born into, but the one you choose; the ones who show up and who you show up for. If you like a grumpy hero with a heart of gold and a sunshine heroine with a sassy side, you’ll melt for Preston & Paige! The uptight suit who shows up time & again for the community meets the effervescent, hodophile bookworm whose protective loyalty is as fiery as her hair. Grab your tissues, curl up with your comfort beverage of choice, and settle in for a heartwarming, hilarious, sweet-as-Pancake love story. If you love small-town love stories with book clubs, prank wars, snarky flirting, and meddling besties, you need Love Inn Books!

”Remember that the wrong man will find you in peace and leave you in pieces. The right man will find you in pieces and lead you to peace.”

This series has quickly become a favorite of mine. From the major found family vibes to the genuinely enjoyable characters to the cozy small town vibes, I can’t get enough of Freedom Valley!

Paige and Preston’s story is perhaps my favorite thus far. I love the work nemesis to lovers dynamic (enemies to lovers seems too extreme to me since they aren’t truly enemies) and the chemistry between them. The dual POV didn’t disappoint and I love that we get plus size representation with Paige. A big shot lawyer who leaves to work in a small town and a budding bookstore owner? Yes please! And she gets him to start reading romance books? *swoons* Plus the pet raccoon stole the show! I loved all the characters from the earlier books meddling and taking care of everyone at the same time and I love how cozy the vibes are.

I found myself attached to Harry and Evelyn, especially with how they pranked everyone around the assisted living facility and how they rooted for Paige and Preston. The Fleetwood Mac references were enjoyable and I loved the connection with Paige’s family. I truly loved everything about this book to be honest.

This particular book definitely got me in my feels and I most definitely shed some tears over it. There’s no third act breakup and the characters and their vulnerabilities will hit hard. It’s a closed door romance and there’s definitely plenty of chemistry regardless! The writing style is fun and well paced and this series is one of the very few I’ve read where I genuinely love all the characters.

If you’re a romance fan, then you definitely need to check this series out because you too will want to find a place like Freedom Valley to move to!

Thank you to the author for providing me with an eARC in exchange for an honest review!
