I’m still not sure I quite understand the title of the book. I was intrigued by some of the reviews on this story, and just how empowered readers found Phillip’s central character. Simply, Tracey Woods is a young, successful and beautiful woman who falls victim to the idea that being with an older man means that you’ll be spared the nonsense. To no one’s surprise, Donald, her lying, cheating husband proves otherwise. The writing is okay, and the characters are flawed yet likable and while the story was a bit too predictable for my taste, it was an easy read.

A Second Chance

I was sp caught up in this story. I did not want it to end. What a perfect gentleman, Travis was. You don't find that too often, today. Travis not only told Tracey that he loved her, but he showed her in many different ways. I was glad that after what Donald did to Tracey, she didn't harden her heart to love the second time around. A sweet read.
