An eye opening look at what goes on inside the mind of those affected by mental illness. Gremsley is a very talented poet. I’m glad that he has this outlet and that he has opened himself up to share his work with others.

Once again my poetic brother in arms brings his words to the written page. Cathartic for him and words we can feel and understand.
Mental health poetry pieces are written as it comes out of us, it's not a nice subject but we live it, day by day and Alfred shows us in his own battle with the words he shares.
For that I thank him, I stand by him.
Find your contentment, brother.
