Decent read and looks like an honest attempt to address what the title says. Centered around biases that exist in the workplace, some examples do cite solutioning around these biases. Some concepts are stretched a bit and could have been shorter with more focus on what to do about them. It's a good one time read though.
In the back of this book you will find a glossary. I found that to be ironic, as the entire book felt like one big glossary. If you don't read psychology on a regular business, this book might serve as a sort of psychology for dummies. If you read frequently on the subject, I suspect you may discover little in the book that is new, or particularly interesting.
