Having too much stuff causes health issues? Read this book to find out. So good.

Too many anecdotes, some of which have little to do with the overall theme. I skipped chapters trying to find some practical advice that could then link to the overall theme. This is a work of theory, if you want the theory adopted you need to provide some ideas! It was rather boring at times. Dnf.

Prepare yourself for a lot of impersonations if listening to the audiobook. The last few chapters are worth a listen.
