Crucial reading at the time in 1981. Still relevant today. See Giddens summary and review in The Journal of Modern History.
There will be a continual dilemma for governments who seek to operate on apparently inevitable principles of greed and profit, the bourgeois, whilst responding to critiques of reason from intelllecctual analysts. The paths are essentially unaligned.

Un libro bastante problemático de leer si es que no has leído nada de la escuela antes recomendaría leer introduccion a la escuela antes de leer este libro. Un libro bastante interesante, pero pesado en varias partes.
