I'm not comfortable rating this. This is more an argument with some supporting documentation than a thorough examination of all the available evidence. Quite a bit of the evidence supplied is out of date. I think this could be a useful book for someone who doesn't know what the arguments are, but it's unlikely to change the mind of a discerning reader.
