Unexceptional. Plenty of other books espousing similar paradigms. Commendable effort from a first-time author.

The book is a clear outline of the Chinese philosophy of oneness. The book is well organized and easy to reference. Throughout the book I found reflective questions excellent to ponder both on my own and in a group setting. I keep a copy on my desk at work to reference when personal conflict, project stalls, and other challenges come up. Usually I can find something here that helps me and our group move through what ever is going on with a new idea or another way to approach the challenge.
