This book is great. I have a little girl Havanese,
Katy, who is so true to breed; extremely smart,
loves everybody and in love with life! Her main goal in life is to please.
She is also exceptionally pretty, see our pic,
And I've actually had people standing on line, at a car cruise, to ask about and pet her!
We work as volunteers to hospice patients and there are no words to describe what she does for patients. There is one lady who sometimes just sits and cries (Alzheimer's sufferer). When she sets eyes on Kate, not me, she begins to grin and goes right into laughter!
If anyone wants to ask me about having a Havanese ...or volunteer work, I'll be 'like' my
review and I'll check back.

Very good but a lot of it was "fill in the blank" for the breed of dog...very general. Still, it's been a long time since I've had a puppy so it was good to be reminded.

Good and thorough book for getting to know this breed. Especially helpful to me as I have never owned a dog.
