It’s an interesting story. Kind of a mixture of several Eastern philosophies combined with practical advices/exercises for everyday life. Oh wait, I may be confused with another textbook here, the companion to this one.

On an interesting note, I don’t even have to pick up the book, to know its content. I seemed to have absorbed this a long time ago. :-) It kinda of works like that for me. Everything that fascinates me seems to stick around.

Really incredible book for those of you that believe there is someone more to this existence that what we see. Harry takes us on a journey which starts of as his path and then magically transforms to our own. Happy Travels

The topic on belief systems is useful but excessive self-centeredness and too much "wow, wow" makes the book not recommendable.
