Do you know your ABCs?

I bought this book to get an understanding of Active-Based cost management. The theory came out at a time of many conflicting Project management and product flow theories. Just as with all the conflicting diet books of the time. The management in the factory I worked suggested I read this book and extrapolate anything useful. Then we can apply what worked and not swallow the whole thing at any cost.

The book gives a clear message and plenty of diagrams to support the reading. It should be a must-read for any systems analyst.
