I really enjoyed this book because it showed the meaning of giving to others as well as the love for books that she had. I think the author did such a good job putting those little messages about giving to others so that when children read this or have it read to them, they are still taking away a meaningful message that they can use as they grow up.
The book is about a girl named Maralou who has a wide collection of books which basically tells me that she loves to read. She started out as a baby when she started reading books and over the course of time, she collected so many books that she had too many to fill. She had so many books that she had to give some of the books to other people that loved to read and to other places. I believe Maralou did the right thing by giving away all of her books for a great cause.
I gave the book a 4 out of 5 rating because I liked how the story started and how it ended with the part of Maralou giving away her books to make other people happy. The imagery in the book was very vivid and it illustrated what the reader was reading about as the story progressed. I would definitely recommend this book to other people so that they can read the book to their own children someday. I would definitely read this book to my kids and I am hoping that they would enjoy the book just as much as I do.
I think this book reminds me of what I imagine Lydia to be like :)The way this book flows in a circle is cute and entertaining. You can never have too many books.
