It's an excellent resource for parents (really for all parents of children at any age). The material is quite relatable and relevant, the writing is easy to read, and the advice is based on Scripture. We read this as a book club selection among a small group of women at my church and we all really enjoyed the book. It prompted us to look deeply at our own faith and spiritual journey and asked thought-provoking and convicting questions. I highly recommend it, especially in a small group or book club setting. For as the author says, "don't do these parenting years alone."
