As the son of Ronald Reagan, Micahel Reagan grew up in the public eye. But it is his relentless, outspoken conservatism, his passion, and his knife-edged wit that have made him the second most listened-to talk show host on radio. Now he's putting pen to paper and giving readers the chance to catch a glimpse of his life, his values, and his positive vision for America.
Michael Reagan is the adopted son of Ronald Reagan and his first wife, actress Jane Wyman. This book covers mainly his start in talk radio and career in talk radio up to 1995.
While reading this book, it was amazing how many of the same issues he discussed as issues between 1990-5 are still the same unresolved issues today, from deficits, to health care, to taxes, to entitlement spending, etc. Nothing has changed, and the politics are still the same, but the players have changed and the problems are worse than ever!
This book is worth a fast read just for his recollections of Ronald Reagan, and his views on politics.
