I would never do such a thing again." 4b)&5. This is hero who names Kofi. When he did something wrong, he was always beaten with cane by his father. He really hated that, but he did something bad many times. His father was too strict but his mother was kind. One day, he betted his all tuition fee which his father gave so he wasn't able to pay it. He was in great difficulty, so lied their parents and tried to get it again. His father doubted Kofi, but his mother didn't scold him and gave money without saying word. He felt her mother's kindness and sorry for her. Doing something bad is making someone who love you sad. That's why we must not do something wrong, but it is difficult for children to understand like Kofi. To tell the truth, I finally got that at this age.

4. Kofi was born in Ghana in the 1920s and lived with his family. His father was school teacher and really strict for Kofi. Through this story I could feel people in Ghana. Their living is sometimes hard but their heart for family are so heart-warming.
5. When Kofi lost his money because of his classmate, he tried to get his school fees. He was really unlucky so I wanted to help him.
I don't really remember the story in detail. But I remembered that this is one of the books that I kept rereading so many times and bring it to silent reading period in school!
