Weddings are, inevitably, much more than a simple ceremony. Toss in the fairy-tale dreams of youth, parents' hope for a family reunion, and friends' expectations of a Hollywood extravaganza, and it's no wonder planning this event can cause some to question their sanity. Featuring hundreds of original ideas, special touches, and practical advice for this special day, the book has been completely updated for the new generation of brides, emphasizing ways to add more fun and entertainment for a truly memorable event. New to this edition are tips on how to personalize a wedding, the latest wedding trends, details on multicultural and religious weddings, updates on the role of the internet in wedding planning, and how to create a personal style of wedding with decor tips and individual party favors.

Not sure when my copy was published since I couldn’t find a date. Some old school stuff that most people don’t do anymore but also some good general info and tips.
