In some ways it is a timeless classic.
In regards to taxation and 1031 exchanges it is a little dated.

A great motivational book.

Allows you to creatively think of ways to make money in real estate.

I read this many years ago. I liked the single minded passion. It is for the new single person who has set the bar high. Spend your money on investments. Think about investments. Do not buy the latest gadgets. "Live like a pauper until you are not." Save and Invest!
