With the help of the local mechanic's boys and various gangster friends in faraway places, she aims to take back her birth right and avenge her family. As well as save herself from a stalker, and opposing gangs.
This is a why choose (with MM) dark mafia series, where the female main character is the one in power and her men are not.
Lightning Quick is book three of five in the series of Sapphire's POV in the Red Diamonds series, which is part of the Gangsters Paradise Universe. Any book after book five, though labelled as the next in the series, follows a different Montana family member's story and can be read separately, or in publication order for a better overall story arc.
You can read the other books before Sapphire's story if you wanted to do so, but this would spoil a large portion of Sapphire's story, including the identity of the main villain. However anything after Sapphire's books really can come in any order, for there would be only one or two tiny and not bad spoilers.
For ease I put them all under the Red Diamonds series name so you could follow along. But I did make the vibes of the covers different when each main character is changed, so that you can follow along easier.
Other series in this same universe, but containing a MC who does not have the Montana surname, will be listed under a different series name, and can all be found via my Amazon page, website, or social medias. As well as in the start of each book.
There will be a mixture of series, trilogies, duologies and standalones in the Gangsters Paradise Universe Series, all of which will be either RH, MMF or with the very occasional MF romance
And all will be mafia based at their core, but often have other genres. E.g. rockstar, army, small town, academy, thriller etc.
All information on content can be found on my website, available via the link in my social media bios and I would advise you to check that out before reading as this entire universe of series contains some dark subject matters.

I am currently in denial (and I will never leave this place.) Denial is my best friend. Nothing in this book was real, it was just a dream.
I physically can’t bring myself to give this book 5 stars, for one simple reason: the ending. The ending which didn’t happen. That was literally criminal and I’m crying (from the dream, of course. The book didn’t end like this. I just dreamed it.)
The next book better come out soon or it is possible that I follow in Sapphire’s footsteps and kill someone.
This book really just picks up where the last one left it. I really thought the endings on the first two books were bad. Lol. Anyways, we follow Sapphire through trying to find her stalker and keep all her loved ones safe, which really seems to be harder than you might think.
I loved getting Beau’s POV (I simply love him) and I loved all of the different relationships the boys had with Sapphire. I loved the world building and I loved the character development. I loved basically everything except that fucking ending (that didn’t happen cause I’ma stay in denial).

Check trigger warnings because it got dark very fast.
I’ve got so much to say about this book. Oh god where to start. Tierney has this way, to make you feel all of what she writes. All the emotional stuff but also the spice, the happy moments, the angry moments, i felt it all. It’s not just a book about mafia or not just about the romance or not just about found family, no it’s everything wrapped into one series.
Sapphire is the mafia queen of Diamond grove and has so many enemies after her. Thank god for the bodyguards her dad hired, the thing is these boys would follow her blindly and willingly even to the fiery depths of hell. Because this is the third book, we get more of their relationships with eachother but also with new and old characters and so much more action. The main character is Sapphire and her men but we also get more glimpses of Beau and his life and other characters. AND we get many answers in this book. FINALLY
Some spoilers that i have to talk about:
We finally get more Sapph and Linc time and i am so here for it, i knew from the start that Linc would be my fave. I love all of the guys but Linc is just that bit extra spice that i never knew i needed. They finally express their feelings but never stop bickering, i love it! The confession between Price and Mish was so heartwarming and sweet and beautiful, i love these two together. And then ofcourse we have to talk about Mish coming out to his father OMG that is how a parent should be, the standard. I was not ready for what happend at the end, it broke my heart over and over and over. I was crying while reading. It was so heartbreaking, i was sobbing and crying, i can’t cope with these deaths and uncertainties. And it again ended on a major cliffhanger.
I thought i was ready for this book, i was not! Here’s the thing about this series, i am so emotionally invested in these characters and their stories, i can’t wait for the last book.

Tierney has done it again, I’m so glad that we got more of an insight into the other characters. This book makes you forget that your reading and you feel like you’re apart of this world.
I loved how Sapphire is getting revenge against everyone who has hurt her or anyone she cares about. I love how badass she is.
Also the spicy scenes😏were great. I love how Tierney’s books have spice but also plot *chefs kiss* 👌 We also got a scene similar to the haunted house I was so happy but a little disappointed we didn’t get a detailed version again.
My heart broke for Price and Sapphire as they were having PTSD from the events that took place. Also the way the boys and Sapphire helped those poor girls it really pulled at my heart strings, They went through so much and they’re so young they were teaching them life skills and telling them about things they had no clue about 🥺.
Also Misha and Price finally realising they both like each other and Misha coming out to his dad really had me in my feels. I was swinging my feet I’m so proud of him.
I have never cried so much this book really took me on a rollercoaster the ending OMG I cried my eyes out and of course we got another cliff hanger.

Lightning Quick by Tierney Storer, book three is an absolute masterpiece from start to finish especially with the ending and push to want to keep reading. This book pulled me in from the very first page and didn’t let go until the end, even after as I was super eager to keep reading into the next book! What truly stands out is how effortlessly Storer blends fast-paced adventure with emotional storytelling. The relationships between the characters add warmth and humanity to the thrilling storyline, making it impossible not to become emotionally invested.
Tierney Storer has once again proven her incredible talent for crafting unforgettable stories. I give this book a solid 5 stars and can’t recommend it enough to anyone who loves gripping, fast-paced fiction with real emotional depth. I do have to warn that this ending was not, but was expected to happen.. Did I cry? Yes.. Was it worth the pain? Yes.. Now onto the next book!! 💕

I was lucky enough to be apart of the arc team for this book and this is my honest review!
This is the third book in the red diamond series and we pick up right at the cliffhanger from the last book straight back into the action! As always this book it’s dark and twisted and sexy AF but with heartbreak along the way!
The story is incredibly well written, fast paced full of action, fun and the spicy scenes just keep getting hotter 🥵🔥 (Price and Mish😜). I also love how we get the duel pov and get to see nore development between Sapphire and the guys! We meet new people and discover alot in this latest book which had this book had to put down! But in turn Tierney style she has left us on another frustratingly amazing cliffhanger! I can’t wait for the final book in the series!

Another great addition to this series! I was in love with the first two books, and this one did not disappoint. I was so invested in the plot of this book especially since it reveals more information that I’ve been waiting for from the past two weeks. I love the relationships between everyone and how it develops throughout every book. I’m not ready to say goodbye to these characters, I hope there’s 10 more books to come!

Amazing book I couldn’t put down!
I recieved this book early as an arc copy.
I can’t tell you how amazing this series is. It’s a RH with some spicy male characters who I adore and a female lead who takes no crap from anyone including her own family who she seeks to destroy to become the rightful queen of her mafia with the help of her lovers. I could not put this book down and I can’t wait for the next.

What a freaking ride! I am 100% obsessed with this world and these characters! But the emotional rollercoaster we just went through is too much for my little heart 😭 my boys! Sapphire! Beau! But omg I LOVE Ruby! The sass is never ending lol

Tierney has done it again! The action, the sass, the steam 🥵, and the friggin CLIFFHANGER.
I loved this book so so much and I cannot wait to see how Diamond Desire goes!
