Graze is a semi-annual literary magazine based in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood that focuses on what's on the table as much as the folks sitting around it. Issue one includes essays, poetry, fiction, illustrations, and photography. Subjects range from the search for the origins of Cambodia's famed prahok, the importance of cuisine for displaced New Orleanians, a plate of food that connects a series of lost sons, and more.
