Top Man: How Philip Green Built His High Street Empire

Rate this book
Philip Green, owner of, among much else, British Home Stores, reached billionaire status faster than anyone else in British history, and today he is reckoned to be the country's fourth richest citizen. This is the first biography of a man whose aggressive business tactics and brash lifestyle have transformed the staid image of British retailing.

Great insight, well written and balanced content

I enjoyed this book very much. Would like to read the next chapter in the story as this book was published in 2005 and updated in 2006. Interested to see if the same authors have written the next leg of the story and if they haven't they should!!
