Η Κράτηση του Αρτοποιείου
Η Ρόζι δεν έχει χρόνο για αγόρια. Επικεντρώνεται στο να τελειώσει το σχολείο και να δουλέψει στο φούρνο της μητέρας της και φροντίζει να αποφεύγει κάθε περισπασμό. Αλλά όταν ένας μάλλον όμορφος άντρας περνάει την πόρτα του φούρνου, δεν υπάρχουν πολλά που μπορεί να κάνει εκτός από το να βοηθήσει τον πελάτη. Και όταν ο πελάτης αρχίζει να δείχνει ενδιαφέρον στη Ρόζι, τα πράγματα περιπλέκονται ακόμα περισσότερο. Σύντομα, ο όμορφος άντρας αρχίζει να εμφανίζεται σε μέρη που δεν περίμενε, και όσο περισσότερο τον γνωρίζει η Ρόζι, τόσο περισσότερο της αρέσει. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι ο λόγος που ήρθε στο φούρνο αρχικά ήταν για να παραγγείλει μια γαμήλια τούρτα. Η Ρόζι ήξερε ότι ήταν εκτός αγοράς, αλλά σύντομα ερωτεύτηκε τον σχεδόν παντρεμένο άντρα... και δεν ήταν σίγουρη αν μπορούσε να συνεχίσει να βοηθάει άλλο τη μαμά της με τη γαμήλια τούρτα.

I’d like to thank my sister for giving me this book on my birthday. It was written by her neighbor and I love supporting an independent author, especially one so close to home!
A great book for any fan of good, clean romance. It’s got your classic beats of romances and a rich and handsome love interest. And, my favorite part, some great side characters that really add to the narrative (in fact sometimes I was way more into that love story).
The writing itself needed another copy editing pass over. There were some obvious spelling errors. However, I wouldn’t say that this should prevent you from reading it.
I got through nearly this entire book in a flight home from New York. Fast and pleasant read!

Refreshing
When Nick decides he wants a mint-chocolate wedding cake, things begin to go haywire. In fact, it’s a tip-off that things with bridezilla Alisha, might not be heading in the right direction. But don’t let the cute little cover fool you into thinking this is one of those typical romance novels where the boy meets the girl, they lose each other, and finally kiss in the end. Oh no. And, while the Bakery Booking has a similar foundation, there’s also Lily and Troy, Hank, Karen, and Rose with intertwining romantic relationships weaving throughout the satisfying plot. The tale is set during those crucial weeks that lead up to the wedding. Raspberry or mint? Which one will it be?
“I couldn’t see her face because her back was to me, but I could imagine she didn’t look happy.” Nothing unusual there, in fact Alisha is never happy. The tension keeps right on building, and will keep you reading, to the very end! If you like sweet stories that are soft and tasty in the middle, and yet crispy and refreshing on the outside, you’ll enjoy the Bakery Booking too.

Recipes and romance
This story centers around a young women and her sister and their mom's family bakery. I finished this book in a day because I just could not put it down. The story had me quickly engaged and pull on my emotions. And the recipes were a nice addition when you were reading about yummy things in the book. Would recommend and read again.

A lovely light hearted read. What's not to like about it cakes, pasties & love.
