The story is about a guy who came from China and he began to play basketball. He wasnt that good at the begining of his carrer in high school but when he got older he became better an dpracticed better. The character in the book was Yao Ming.

I have felt the same because i used to not be good at basketball but then i practiced and now i am.

I like this book because it talks about sports and things i like, like basketball. If i could change something i would have them tell us more stats.

Yes i would recomend this book to a friend.

The book begins with an introduction of who Yao is, a NBA basketball player. It then backtracks and chronicles his life up until the time of which the book was written. Not only is he just a ball player, Yao also donates his time and money to good causes, such as a telethon for SARS. Yao also states he is a big kid, too. I think these things make him relatable to students, that not all celebrities are self-centered. I like this book for these reasons.
