Finding Hope Again: Overcoming Depression

Rate this book
The Bible tells us that a close walk with Christ will give us a sound mind. We are to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Neil Anderson tells us how to change the way we think in order to change our behavior. Depression occurs when expectations do not meet up with reality, or past hurts have clouded the way we perceive reality. Along with Dr. Baumchen, Dr. Anderson helps us understand the symptoms of depression, where they originate from, and how to overcome it in our lives. This product will meet the needs of people who are depressed and may not even know it. Anyone who feels their joy with the Lord is being blocked will benefit from this writing.

I only got to page 46 before I had to return it to the library but would love to have a copy someday or at least to finish it. The problem with interlibrary loan is that material can't be renewed.
