Bernhard Edmaier's source book of the extraordinary and abstract natural patterns that occur on the earth's surface features over 500 photographs by this award-winning aerial photographer and author of Earthsong. Craters, pools and islands; rivers, canyons and streams; estuaries, icebergs and salt flats are all categorised by shape and form into clearly defined sections, tabbed for easy access. This book is a fascinating source of inspiration for those working in the creative industries and the arts as well as environmentalists and anyone who marvels at the world around them.
This is a great book for art references when it comes to landscapes or backgrounds. The photos are very clear, on nicer paper, and are labelled well enough to look for further images online for different angles. The photos are a bit small but that's to be expected by the size of the book.
