Pretty good book, I finished it in one reading. Mr. Wofinger tries to dispel the popular conception that options have no place in a conservative portfolio. I think he does this fairly well.
My only critique really is that it could be longer, and delve into selling cash-backed puts (which I believe are hand-in-hand with selling covered calls -- pretty darn safe if you stick to some basic rules), and tax treatment... but then it might not be such a short book! Anyway, I enjoyed it, well worth the $3 -- gave me a few investment ideas.
This book made it clear how in the money options are more conservative than out of the money. Less upside but more downside protection, allowing for profit even if the stock declined some in price.
