Craig S. Keener (PhD, Duke University) is professor of New Testament at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. He is the author of many books, including Miracles: The Credibility of the New Testament Accounts, the bestseller The IVP Bible Background Commentary: New Testament, The Historical Jesus of the Gospels, Gift and Giver, and commentaries on Matthew, John, Romans, 1–2 Corinthians, and Revelation.
this commentary is really very useful and helpful in my studies and also for just reading about the New Testament and how they lived. It's nice when you read the bible and you can see how they lived and where they lived. You can put the name in the Bible and connect it to where it is and how they live.
To me, it gives you more than what you might think it is or how it looks you get to see it on a map or in pictures.
