All of her novels have one thing in they feature strong-minded, female heroines who face life on their own terms and shape their futures to fit their unique skills and outlooks. In a one-volume reference, Tamora Pierce details the life and real-life influences of this famous author, revealing the person behind the words, and the author behind the literature we love.

Interesting biography of one of my favorite authors. I read it in one night and was pleased to realize that becoming an author is not completely out of reach.
The book I read was First Test by Tamora Pierce. For some reason this isn't listed on here despite being very popular and written over 20 years ago. I can't find any instructions on how to add a book that isn't listed so I just picked one about the author and listed that.
