In this volume Yuna finished getting the students she escorted back to the academy (and they apologize profusely for not respecting her, and thank her equally profusely for saving their lives). She then takes Fina and Shuri with her on a vacation by the sea in Mileela. She’s also checking that Anz is ready to open the new seafood restaurant in Crimonia, and that the tunnel is ready for its official opening.
Whether she’s on the job or on vacation, Yuna is always thinking of others. It’s heartwarming to follow her around and see her care for others. It is also good she’s getting some self-care in this one with a little vacation.
Notes on content: Language: None that I remember. Sexual content: Nothing. (But the adventurer lady that dresses a bit scantily shows up again on a few pages.) Violence: No battles in this one. Ethnic diversity: Yuna is Japanese. The people she is around are in a video game world and appear to be European-ish. LGBTQ+ content: None specified Other: Anz is a little anxious about her new endeavor, and Yuna hopes the people from Mileela and Crimonia will get along as they start interacting more after the tunnel opens.
This mostly carry over from the excursion in volume 9 and Yuna setting up the seafood restaurant. Sounds boring but it really isn't. Laughed too hard about the bear people all knowing each other!
