Apply the information she tells you to do; don’t just listen/read and move on. This is NOT the You Are A Badass Book, nor a replacement for the book but merely a supplement to help apply principles and take action steps as you read and complete each chapter. This companion workbook is extremely helpful for anyone using the audio book as it gives you tangible material to work from while listening.
