Corsi is mostly known for his books against Democratic presidential candidates John Kerry and Barack Obama, that were published in the years of presidential elections.
Corsi has discussed topics that are considered conspiracy theories, such as the alleged plans for a North American Government, the theory that President Barack Obama is not an American citizen.
"Anti-Judaism is not at the heart of true Islam; this thesis is not central to the genuine religion of Islam." - This pretty much sums this book up. A less true statement could hardly be made. Islam for a start is not a religion but a supremacist political ideology that is the only way to talk about 'true' Islam. Secondly, the founder and writer of their holy book was an avowed anti-semite, this quite probably had something to do with the Jewish rejection of him as a prophet. So if any Muslims highest calling is to be like Mohammed then they would be doing a poor job of it without their anti-semitism. The history and political analysis of the time is fairly spot on but in seeking to explain secular motivations when there are none this author sails past the mark and calls into question everything else written, ironically falling into the same trap of unreality in which the Mullah's of Iran deliberately place themselves in.
This book pretty much covers the war in the middle east and how it came to be. It shows what both sides did to instigate this, and how this all could have been avoided. It includes such disturbing details about how bloody and terrible the war is, that i wouldn't recommend it, but the book still shows how the toll is taking on the soldiers. Political, Physical, however you want to describe this book, it still shows how the government officials from both sides try to sort this out.
This book basically is covering how the whole war with the middle east began, and what both sides did to instigate this, and how this all could have been avoided. But it includes such harsh details about how bloody and terrible the war is, and the toll it is taking on the soldiers. The war is as much political as it is physical, as government officials from both sides try to sort this out.
