This book offers so many great insight on how to be prepared before, during and following up after an interview. I honestly which that I’d read this book before I did my first interview years ago. I am so amazed at all the mistakes that I’ve been making over the years, and even as of lately back in my last interview in January 2018. My number one mistake is not being prepared for an interview - company research I realized is a key component to do before an interview. I’ve never done my own research before, what I would normally do is go to an interview based off of what other persons would say about the company. I’ve done interviews before and wonder why I wasn’t offered the job when I knew that the interview was great, but now I am aware why. I’ve learned a lot from reading this book and I would definitely recommend this book and also put what I’ve learned into practice.

I read this to review and possibly recommend to my sons and I do so recommend it. Good examples, not field specific (for some reason, a lot of these cater to sales type positions), and common sense answers, plus what not to say. A good overview (and refresher).

This book is great for graduates out for their first interviews or job seekers reviewing basics to prepare oneself for an interview. Tells you how to do things if you're lost in situations you've been or might get into so it's always good to keep in check. :)
