Handbook of articles written about areas such as selection, training, motivation, leadership, and team dynamics. Not a book to read from cover to cover, but very good reference.

Totally worth it for the chapter on how intelligence is better than knowledge.

edited collection of chapters on different topics of relevance to organizational behavior and management. good use of evidence but not overly academic.
