Inside Out is the ending of my spiritual journey with my Spirit Guide Rebecca, who made my dream of writing a reality. Countless hours filled with every emotion you can imagine, went into this manuscript. It takes you through a mental illness diagnosis that came from a drug addiction and issues we will leave to attend to later. This is where Rebecca introduced me to channeling your journals.
