I have started reading through this whole series again and I am enjoying it more the second time around. I am still learning how to read graphic novels. I find that I have to read them slower than I would expect, in order to take into consideration the implications of the graphics and the speech both. There is depth there, but it is harder for me to see the first time. I would love to talk to kids about these books, to see whether they actually pick up on the subtleties more easily than I do, or if they just ignore them and go for the action.

This series is so much fun.

What if super-powered kids went to a super-secret school underneath a regular school where they also take classes so they can learn to blend in? Well, PS 238 is the answer to that question. Aaron Williams does a great job with the writing and the art. It's a joy to read.

Great graphic novel series. I especially enjoyed the Rainmaker storyline in this one.
