This book is absolutely necessary for researching Welsh genealogy in central New York. The book covers the counties of Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, Otsego, Lewis, Oswego and St. Lawrence. Every backwater town and village appears to be included. The book is indexed and there is an extensive list of sources in the back.

Honestly, I don't know how the author even located some of the abandoned cemeteries that are listed. Sadly, there are no longer gravestones in some of these cemeteries or records of persons who were buried.
