Poet's Camera

Rate this book
This volume presents a gorgeous selection of gravure-printed photographs selected by Bryan Holme paired with poetry selected by Thomas Moran in an attempt to show that ideas, feelings, understanding and beauty can flow from the lens of a camera coupled with the creative vision of an artist. The accompanying excerpts of poetry interpret the mood or meaning of each picture directly or by inflection, to the end that one should enhance the other in clarity, significance and form.
