Clear and close to the mindset of Isshin Ryu Karate-do. A very compact book with useful information about history of Te, Karate, Kobudo, Shimabuku sensei, the symbol of Isshin Ryu,m the history of its expansion in the US, katas, stances and many logical thoughts and questions abou martial arts today.
