Award-winning author, J.T. Bishop, is a writer of mystery thrillers with a supernatural edge. Growing up, she read books by Stephen King, Mary Higgins Clark, and Dean Koontz, devoured every episode of The X-files, and watched plenty of TV shows with great partnerships that left her wanting more. She loves tangled relationships, unexpected twists and turns, heart-stopping love stories and the complications that come with all the above. Throw in a little supernatural fun and she’s hooked. Her evil plan is to hook you, too.

She’s the author of The Red-Line Trilogy and its sister series, The Fletcher Family Saga, which features touches of urban fantasy, light sci-fi, and paranormal romance. She’s also happily writing mystery thrillers featuring two charismatic detectives who may occasionally encounter a supernatural villain or two, and a crossover series which follows the exploits of a gifted, but troubled, paranormal P.I. and his spunky sister.

All the above keeps her busy, but in her spare time, she loves a good movie, tasty food, an unfortunate sugar addiction, and traveling.

Get caught up with J.T. and her writing adventures at www.jtbishopauthor.com. And while you’re there, get a short story prelude to her first book for free, plus a novella and a few other offerings. Enjoy!

This is another amazing story about ex-Texas Rangers Mason Redstone and Trick Monroe. Loved the introduction of new characters. This author never disappoints. Her descriptive storytelling style makes me feel like I'm part of the story.

I received an Arc and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

The story begins with someone calling into play a spirit at a specific location. The story then continues with Trick, Mason and Mikey arriving at Mason and Mikey's father's home. It seems that their father has been missing for several days and they have come to find him. Mason immediately suspects Ruben of having a hand in the disappearance. It seems that Reuben has been providing care for Martin, their dad, for a while. They have questioned the daytime nurse who discovered Martin was gone. Trick also was checking on his mother who was addicted to booze and drugs.

The story then follows the trios search for Martin and their run in with the Texas Rangers. As this was going on, Mason receives an invitation for tea where he meets Ruben's sister Gloria. During that visit, Mason is looking for information to discover where his dad was. Gloria and Ruben provide Mason with a name, Lucas Drummond. Later Mason and Trick break into Drummonds house where they look for information on Martin. Lucas catches them and shortly two Rangers show up. Mikey later goes to see Ruben to see if she can discover any info on her father. Trick's mother suffers an overdose and is taken to the hospital. While Mason and Mikey agree to meet Trick at his mother's house to clean it up, they arrive and Trick is not there. While Trick was in the house, he discovered an envelope with drug bottles and a note. Trick then went to Lucas's house where he wound up trashing Drummond's house. Mason and Mikey arrive at Lucas's house where they try to calm Trick down. Later the receive a call from Todd, their nephew, and wing up where they discover Drummond was there. Drummond receives a call from Ruben to go to a meet where Martin will show up.

To learn what role Drummond played, what important item Martin had and why he disappeared, then you need to read this book.

The ending will fill in all the blanks.

In this well written story, Mason and Mikey Redstone, along with Trip go back to Texas to deal with some family issues. The Redstone’s dad has apparently been missing for a while and Trip decides it’s a good time to check up on his mom who is plagued with on again, off again drug abuse. The Redstones soon realize that their dad has truly disappeared and suspect that an old nemesis, Ruben Montes, is behind it somehow.

Having left the Texas Rangers on less than ideal terms, Mason and Trip are soon entangled with the Rangers who are investigating the disappearance. Unhappy to see Mason and Trip again, the Rangers order the Redstones off of the investigation. But we all know that’s not going to happen!

As the story continues and more players are introduced, it becomes apparent that there is far more going on than just their missing dad. For one, there is a dark malevolent presence in their dad’s house. Does it play a part in this? And then there is evidence that their dad has been under surveillance by someone, but who and why is the big question.

This book is filled with some interesting twists and turns, new characters who are likely to be woven into the fabric of future storylines, and plenty of action. This is definitely my favorite story from the Redstone chronicles.

Couldn't get enough of this exciting gem!✨

F•A•M•I•L•Y is the word of the day! In all it's frustrating, comforting, terrifying, and yes *loving* forms within these pages. Oh how I loved this adventure that was filled with intrigue and oodles of drama and suspense. Siblings Mikey and Mason Redstone are desperate to find their missing father with the help of Trick. Enter all *kinds* of additional extended family drama along the way. I loved getting to know these three characters even deeper than we have before. Seeing where Trick came from, and a peek into what made him the man he is today. These characters truly came to life through the pages and you cheer them on every step of the way. Get ready for an emotional rollercoaster though. I honestly think this is my favorite one of the series so far.

Lost Time was an excellent book, it's my new favorite book in the series. As the 6th book in the Redstone chronicles, this one gets into the heart of the Redstone family. This is a must read for fans of the Redstone series and new readers alike! Even if you've never met these characters, you'll fall in love with them as you read about their adventures.
Taking place in Texas, where Red and Trick were once Rangers, gives us a glimpse into the past. Family dramas are brought out and solved. All the characters are well developed and continue to develop more. They rely on the strength of family bonds a lot and it's heartwarming.

Lost Time: A Paranormal Murder Mystery Thriller (The Redstone Chronicles Book 6), my fourteenth read from author J.T. Bishop and the sixth book in the Redstone Chronicles. “I received a Kindle copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. The book was well-written & flowed smoothly & quickly. I look forward to reading more from this author and in particular Lost Hope: A Paranormal P.I. Mystery Thriller (The Redstone Chronicles Book 4). (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Excellent Read

Mason, his sister Mikey and his partner Trick set out to search for Mason and Mikey’s father. A long time enemy is behind their father’s disappearance and the Redstones are blocked at almost all their attempts to find him. They encounter a dark spirit that has taken over their dad’s house and wants the senior Redstone dead.

J. T. Bishop keeps you turning pages. You want to know how it ends but when it ends, you want more. I can’t wait for her next Redstone Chronicles book.

Mason and Mickey Redstone's father goes missing. They used to be Texas Rangers but are now PIs. They travel to their dads to see what has happened. As they aren’t Rangers, there is some tension when the Rangers come. The boys, along with Trick, meet some barriers along the way as they try to solve the mystery. This is a paranormal murder mystery with different twists and turns to keep the reader engaged. I received an ARC copy from the author and this is my honest review.

After surviving their Cryptid encounter in the wilderness, Mikey and Mason Redstone are plunged into a search for their missing Father.

This is my favourite title in the Redstone Chronicles to date. Some great character interaction and a plot that kept me gripped right to the end.

I've always been more of a Rem and Daniels fan but Lost Time has certainly leveled the playing field for the Redstones

Mason and Mickey Redstone's father goes missing. Trick joins them in their quest to find him. Since they are now PI's the authorities do not want them interfering with the investigation. A suspense filled drama in the hunt for the missing father. Great story line.

So, book six in the series and another little cracker. Full of intrigue and suspense all the way through from the beginning to an ending which again I didn’t see coming. This author certainly can weave a good thriller that’s for sure. Highly recommended.
