“I would very much appreciate it if you would sponsor your cousin Caspar for membership at the club.”
I stared at her in shock. “But he’s a cyst, Aunt! You know he is! He’s famous for disappearing whenever a bill is due and his idea of fun would embarrass a drunken Visigoth.”
On the one day of the year when Bentley returns to the factory for a tune-up, Cyril's Aunt Hypatia enlists him in a complex scheme. All is not as it seems, however- there are plots within plots- which come to a head within the terrifying twists of The Labyrinth!

I read book 6 of this astoundingly funny series in one gulp. I didn't get up for a tea refill, the cat's efforts to distract me into feeding him failed. It was just me, my kindle, and my favorite Twits.
Tom Alan Robbins writing skills are at peak performance as he pokes fun at so many aspects of life - gentleman's clubs, fashion, the silly notion that men sometimes hold that they are better than women, hedge mazes, family relations... nothing is immune.
I may let this one linger in my mind for a few days before I read book 7, as it's the final book in the series. And I really don't want this series to end, at least not in MY lifetime. Robbins, get cracking on book 8 already!
I truly love this series but the Kindle version of book 6 took the steam right out of the reading - the chapters are totally messed up... Trying to get the correct order is confusing - you even have the notes about the author and the preview for the final book (just dumped there - no heading, no note its the preview) AFTER chapter 5 when it should be after chapter 8. That's not all - the correct order of the chapters would be 1 / 2 / 6 / 3 / 7 / 4 / 5 / 8 - very confusing and VERY aggravating.
Plot was a good one but I can honestly only give it 3 stars due to the confusion (it would have been 4 if not for that.) I am thankful these are short reads, that is the only thing that saved this book for me)
I really hope this can be reformatted and corrected. Mr. Robbins, if this is through KDP, please fix it.
The author has jumped on the sheeple express and joined the ranks of the cancel culture and pro-transgender movements. I’ll no longer be following this author.
