This book was very basic in the crisis management. However it was not always clear what kind of crisis it was talking about or giving advice about. Although crisis is an unusual event it is something everyone experiences at some point I would have liked it if they had explored that part of crisis. Certainly has therapeutic value.

I read this book when I was training as a crisis worker and I found it helpful for life too. No other book offers such a direct guide.
