Tenderfoot gets tough. Rocky Madden was washed up in the ring. His last fight had left him with the taste of defeat and a broken hand. But he was no quitter. Since he couldn't go for the light-weight title, he decided to become a champion cowboy. Jube Fanning, the richest man in town, laughed at Rocky's tenderfoot efforts. But his laughter turned to deadly anger when Rocky began to expose Fanning's crocked deals and show an interest in his woman, Paris. Jube sent his best men to squelch the Kid, but they soon learned that he still packed a dynamite punch!
