Great variety and no nonsense.

There are a lot of different soup recipes which was exactly what I was after. Even better, they are simple and no nonsense. A good source for. New soup ideas.

An excellent variety of soup recipes and good suggestions for incorporating a variety of vegetables and other ingredients into satisfying, healthy meals. Probably best for people with easy access to the freshest of produce.

Melissa got me this soup cookbook for Christmas and everything looks delicious. The soups mostly start out with a homemade low-fat broth that is explained perfectly at the beginning and there are so many delicious looking soups, I don't know where I want to start!

My husband and I literally ate soup every night for six months after getting this book! We lost a total of 45 pounds and LOVED our dinners! We still make one of these easy and delicious soups at least once a week.

I like everything in this book. Seriously, there isn't a bad recipe in the lot, and I try one each week (every sunday evening).
