I am not an intuitive person that is why I decided to read this book. The book is written in a simple easy to follow steps. Now I am teaching this to my students on the importance of developing our intuition.Thank you Sonia.

21 Days to Jump Start Your Intuition: Awaken Your Most Empowering Super Sense by Sonia Choquette is a fun and practical handbook for tapping in to your intuition or, as she says, your authentic self. In the book she offers 21 useful ideas that readers can try for themselves. Some of Choquettes suggestions include: spending time in meditation, noticing “flickers” of intuition, and writing down the “vibes” that you may feel at different points of your day. I found the author’s voice to be conversational and I feel like her book is accessible to anyone interested in the topic.

Basic introduction or refresher to using intuition in daily life. Rather obvious steps, but for some this may be more than they do. If you are hoping for something more, something less obvious, then the 21 Days to Jump-Start Your In tuition is not it.

Having said that, the last exercise in the book was fun, more amusing than useful, but for sure fun.
