One may think I'm a little biased about this book as the author is my boss, but I truly love this book and all that it represents! When you examine the principle and philosophy that Kathy has adapted into her Brand Promise, you begin to understand that if each and every one of us, every single day, tried to scatter some joy - to ourselves, to others we know and to others we don't know - what a great world this would be. Perhaps it is because of my own personal experiences in life when I have felt the absolute greatest by helping others and scattering a little joy in their lives that I so enjoy this book. Coupled with this is the website, www.scatterjoy.com, where you can find daily joy, or even share something that brings you joy, the combination makes for a powerful way to look at life.
Kathy is one of the top designers in America today, and has built her business on her gut instinct - far removed from conventional business practices. Reading how this all started in the corner of her bedroom and has grown into a lifestyle brand, and an entire movement, is fascinating!! So, in one book the reader gets a business lesson, an autobiography and a life lesson!

A MUST READ!!

I enjoyed learning from this book....and all the little quotes were fun to read. I just didn't agree 100% with the author or her chosen lifestyle.
