My basic baby bible when raising my children. I attribute their health to Adelle Davis, who also was a big influence on my own mother. This is where I learned to make "healthy concoctions" using brewers yeast, black strap molasses, and other strong flavored additives. Ummm, yum Cod liver oil!

The book that turned me on to vitamins. This is one of those life-changing books. I think using what I learned from it helped make my children healthier.

I can’t recommend this book highly enough! The data in this book helped me handle high blood pressure during my second pregnancy. I delivered a healthy baby with a midwife and didn’t even have to see an OB.

High blood pressure can be life threatening for the baby and mother. With her nutrition advice I avoided that danger by regulating my Blood pressure with nutrition.
