Shuichi Shigeno (Japanese author profile: しげの秀一) is a manga artist, best known for the manga series Initial D. Shigeno has also created Bari Bari Densetsu, Dopkan, and Tunnel Nuketara Sky Blue ("First Love in Summer") all prior to the manga that would make him famous in 1995. In 1985, he received the Kodansha Manga Award in shōnen for Bari Bari Densetsu.

KU manga

New engine time with Tak struggling to adapt and accidentally insulting another eight six driver. I liked that Iggy had a chance to shine with a new love interest and driving himself, also his little bit about wanting to stand as equals with Tak as a rival. I'd like to see Ry get in the car with Tak for a ride.

Best racing manga ever

If you’re into cars/racing/drifting and manga....YOU SHOULD READ this!!!! It’s a great story and the art is beyond amazing also!!

This volume just shows me that I know nothing about cars 😅 I was waiting to see what was under the hood and when we finally saw it I went “I don’t get it lol”. The Iggy/Kazumi material carries this volume and well it’s the driving point of it. Leading to the race the story develops better. Also new track next volume which will be great.

I have a physical copy of volume 13

This is the beginning of the unknown. I have no idea what happens beyond this. I went ahead and began my memorabilia collection by ordering volume 13 off of eBay!
