This cookbook's focus on 101 possibilities makes it appealing for anyone who wants more variety in the kitchen. Chicken can be roasted, grilled, sautéed, or added to soups, salads, sandwiches, and casseroles. I like the emphasis on experimenting with seasonings and cooking techniques rather than relying on the same meals repeatedly. It looks like a useful source of inspiration for refreshing everyday menus and making better use of familiar ingredients.
